Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Jade Drop: Merge Puzzle progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

Your Indemnification Obligation

Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against TecnoLeeD.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

How This Agreement Ends
This section covers both voluntary account closure and TecnoLeeD's right to terminate access.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Jade Drop: Merge Puzzle and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We May Terminate Your Access
TecnoLeeD may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TecnoLeeD is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Updating Our Terms
When these Terms change, here's how you'll find out and what options you have.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Jade Drop: Merge Puzzle after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.
